Fairydown Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
In addition, all Fairydown products are backed by our Five Year Promise.
We guarantee the quality of workmanship and materials in our products for five years from the date of purchase. Should your product develop any defect during the warranty period due to faulty materials or manufacture*, we will replace it with the same or similar product at no cost to you, and, if applicable, reimburse you for the cost of sending the product to Fairydown via registered mail.
For the purpose of this warranty, a “Product” must be branded Fairydown, states on its packaging that it is covered by the Five Year Promise and have been purchased in New Zealand.
*The warranty applies to Products used for personal, household or domestic purposes only. It does not extend to faults caused by wilful or accidental abuse, misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by transportation.

Warranty Claim Process
If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you should phone Fairydown customer service on 0800 100 137 between 8.30am – 5pm AEST Monday to Friday or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We may ask you to return your Product for assessment. Where a Product is returned for assessment you MUST include the following information:
- Your name;
- Your address;
- Your day time phone number;
- Your proof of purchase documentation (for example, your receipt);
- Brief description of the fault; and
- Brief description of how you have used the Product.
Wherever possible, product should be returned in its original packaging.
If, following receipt of a claim under this warranty, Fairydown determines that your claim is valid, Fairydown will replace the product with the same or similar product at no cost to you.
